Among our products, the Atmospheric Superconducting Heating Furnace has obtained the Energy-saving Product Permit for Shengli Oilfield, with a thermal efficiency of 90.7%. The technology of Natural Circulation Phase-change Heating Oil Storage Tank has been deployed with over 300 sets in Shengli Oilfield. As supporting equipment for Sinopec, this product was exported to the Republic of Sudan in 2017, delivering sound economic and social benefits.
Our latest patented inventions, the Energy Efficiency Multiplier Crude Oil Cascade Heating Device and High-temperature Solid-state Energy Storage Superconducting Heat Exchange Device, have passed trial operation and been promoted for practical application. Specially developed to replace existing gas-fired/electric heating furnaces in oilfields, the devices adopt clean renewable new energy technologies to cut energy consumption. Test report data shows an energy-saving rate of ≥65% and an annual average COP ≥3.0. Such devices will actively help oilfields reduce operating costs, improve efficiency and lower carbon emissions.
